Before I say a word about business, I want you to know that I hope that you, your family, your employees and all your friends are well and safe.
This pandemic is going to be very difficult for all of our businesses, and I want you to know how I'm currently helping.
First off - if your business has to be CLOSED and will not be accepting payments - please email me. One of the only things I have control over in terms of billing is your monthly account charge. I know it's only $10, but the months you are closed, I will change our billing to zero.
Second - Here are a couple of things that I've been doing for my customers this past week:
1. Rushing them external PIN-PADS. A number of my customers are trying to keep their employees from touching credit cards. External pin-pads allow the customer to handle the transaction themselves.
2. Helping them move to a "virtual or home office". We can set up a way to have transactions entered via the internet rather than a physical device. If you're struggling to move payments to a virtual or home office, please get in touch with me. We'll determine the best thing for your circumstances.
3. Helping them with reconciliations that they had been putting off for too long. If you're book keeping is behind - now's a great time to catch up.
